Brother Knights:

We are well past the Christmas Holidays now and looking forward to Easter.  Activity at the council level has been moderate, so it is a good time to review the last year and evaluate how we have made the world a better place to live.  That sounds awfully burdensome, but you know what I mean.  Lent is here and we have the opportunity to go another step further at showing the love we have for our Lord.  Let's try to attend as many Friday Stations of the Cross as we can.  Give up those hard-to- let- go favorites for awhile.

We had a wonderful First Degree ceremony on February 10, welcoming new Knights Tony Tascione, Tom Vaccaro and Mark Yelanich.  The ceremony was dedicated to Father James, and we will be presenting a certificate of appreciation to him at our next council meeting.  Try to find a few more new members and we will have another degree ceremony real soon. The next big Knights social event is the annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner-Dance on Saturday, March 17. And, we will be having our usual Spring Blitz in April.  We are making a difference, Brothers. Keep proudly wearing your name badges at Mass!
